This website provides general information about tutoring, academic intervention, youth enrichment, family engagement, school partnerships, behavioral-health partnerships, community programs, and funding opportunities. Website information is not a binding offer, contract, guarantee of enrollment, or promise of funding or outcomes.
3. Eligibility and adult submissions
Website forms should be submitted by adults, including parents, legal guardians, school representatives, providers, funders, or authorized community partners. You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to provide it.
4. Educational services
Student progress varies based on attendance, participation, individual needs, program duration, family and school support, and other factors. RiseBridge does not guarantee a particular grade, test score, academic result, contract award, funding decision, or behavioral-health outcome.
5. No medical, clinical, or emergency advice
Website content and academic services are not medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or emergency care. Behavioral-health partnerships are coordinated under applicable agreements and professional responsibilities. For an emergency, call 911. 6. Communications
When you provide contact information, you authorize RiseBridge to respond about your inquiry by telephone, email, or text. Consent to marketing texts is not required to receive services. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false or unlawful material, violate another person’s privacy, or use website content for unlawful purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, program descriptions, graphics, videos, photographs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to RiseBridge Alliance. You may view and print materials for personal, noncommercial use. Other copying, publication, modification, or commercial use requires written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court located in Franklin County, Ohio, unless a separate written agreement requires another process.

We may update these Terms as our website, services, or legal obligations change. Continued website use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
